Renovation of a residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This RFP round will have a site walk-thru for each property. A representative from each general contractor is strongly recommended to attend. The goal for each walk-thru is to access existing conditions and explore the scope of work. See table below for dates and times of each site visit. To accomplish this goal, these properties will need to be restored and sold to individual owner/occupiers. Attached is a request for proposals for general contractors to rehabilitate twelve properties. Section 5 of the RFP describes the general scope of work and standards for all homes while section 6 lists specific details and requests for individual properties. The address of each property as well as a link to the auditor's page is included in the RFP. Funding for these projects requires the work to be completed by EPA Certified RRP Contractors. Pre-Bid Renovation Conference Site walk-throughs will be held at the properties listed in Section 2. A complete schedule is listed below.
