Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Granville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Owner Will Provide De-watering to Prevent Flotation, Then Drain and Hose Clean the Tankage. All in-coming Wastewater Will Be Diverted by the Owner Into the Adjacent Lagoon. The Owner Will Provide the De-watering and Wastewater Diversion for the Duration of the Project With the Tank Drained, the Contractor Shall Re-coat Portions of the Interior Walls of the Tanks. The Aeration System Will Be Reconfigured, and New Diffusers Will Be Installed With New Air Piping Around the Circumference of the Tanks. Miscellaneous Repairs Will Also Be Performed. This Contract Will Be Subject to the Build America, Buy America "Baba" Act. The Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond, in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Gross Amount of the Bid and Be Payable to the Order of the Village of Granville. No Pre-bid Meeting Has Been Scheduled. If a Bidder Wishes to See the Plant, They Should Call Ryan Lane at (815) 223-3344 to Arrange a Meeting. Bids May Be Held by the Village of Granville for a Period Not to Exceed 60 Days From the Date of the Opening of Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders, Prior to Awarding of the Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. Question Deadline 11/12/2025
