Work of the Project includes construction services to decouple the existing sewer connection. A new vault will be installed to house 4 stormwater pumps that will connect to an existing manhole located to the south. Project will include all associated plumbing and electrical work to ensure the new system runs properly. Project Location: 750 N Lincoln Memorial Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Substantial Completion Date: 11/7/2025 Contractors shall employ a minimum of 50% of the Contract labor force with employees that reside in Milwaukee County. Documentation must be performed by LCPtracker Labor Compliance software. (see Bid Documents for RESIDENCY PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS). Targeted Business Enterprise (TBE) or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for this project is 25% percent. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT ALL REQUIRED TBE-14 / DBE-14 FORMS SHALL BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY PRIME AND SUBMITTED AS INDICATED IN INVITATION TO BID. Bidder's attention is called to the "Notice of Requirements for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity" (Executive Order 11246), contained in the Bid Documents, which set forth, in part, goals and timetables for the employment of women and minorities in the project area. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Base Bid shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date. Question Deadline 01/15/2025 Architect/Engineer shall receive requests for clarification or interpretation of Bidding Documents in writing at least seven days before Bid Due Date time. Interpretations, corrections, and changes to Bidding Documents will be made by written Addenda; interpretations, corrections, and changes to the Bidding Documents made in any other manner will not be binding
