for the purchase by the Board of Supervisors of Covington County, Mississippi, for the use and benefit of each of the various supervisors' districts, the following described property, to-wit: 1. Galvanized metal culverts, both plain and coated, arched and round, all gauges of metal, sizes 8 inches through 108 inches inclusive. Prices quoted shall be on a per foot basis. 2. All grades of concrete pipe culverts, sizes 8 inches through 108 inches inclusive. Prices quoted shall be on a per foot basis. 3. Aluminized steel corrugated culverts, all sizes, 8 inches through 108 inches inclusive. Prices quoted shall be on a per foot basis. 4. Salvaged rail tank car units converted to culvert applications, in diameters of 6-1/2 feet to 9 feet and in lengths of 32 feet to 45 feet. Prices quoted shall be on a per linear foot basis. 5. Polyethylene culvert pipe, fittings and couplings. Must be AASHTO M294 Certified The above are for delivery to each supervisors' district headquarters with all pipe to be shipped f.o.b. point of delivery, freight to be paid by vendor. Bidders may bid on any or all of the above items. Bidders are requested to provide a quote effective for a 12 month period beginning January 6, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025, or at such later date as another term bid is accepted. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
