The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is seeking Commissioning and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services with Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity. The principal purpose of this solicitation is to seek for a professional firm that can support TARC with such services for a variety of construction projects. TARC seeks and intends to award a task-based contract for a two-year term with task durations extending through the length of the construction project and with an option to exercise three (3) auto-renewal one-year terms to the highly qualified professional firm(s) and best value proposal.
