In addition, for the concession pavilion install full lengta gutters and down spouts (color to match roof or white) and chimney fashings 129 gauge) All demo material to be hauled away Any ground disturbances and damage need to be repaired ard cleaned up for the work site (i.e. -ruts, damage to grass). Work site for each pavilion to be left as found upon arrival or start of construction. 10. Scheduling flexibility, however work to be commenced no later than 180 calendar days, and completed by September 30, 2025 11. All environmental and safety laws and regulations are to be strictly followed 12. Authorized work areas and staging areas are to be agreed aheed of time and will be restored upon completion 13.
