Renovation of a municipal facility in Snow Hill, Maryland. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Worcester County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to contract for the replacement of our countywide camera system in conformity with the requirements contained herein Proposal Documents. Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation. The Successful Vendor will be required to provide the County with a Performance Bond and Payment Bond if the total Contract amount exceeds $100,000, each in the amount of one hundred percent of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the County for the faithful performance of the Contract. The County reserves the right to reject the Proposal Documents of any Vendor who has previously failed to perform properly in any way or complete on time contracts of a similar nature; or a Proposal Document from a Vendor who, investigation shows, is not in a position to perform the Contract; or Proposal Documents from any person, firm, or corporation which is in arrears or in default to the County for any debt or contract Question Deadline 01/16/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions must be addressed in writing to the Worcester County Procurement Officer at nrice@co.worcester.md.us
