Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 134,784-square-foot, six-story above grade, 160-unit multi-residential development.
The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposals from Construction Management Firms in accordance with the Proposal Documents. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Construction Manager (CM) to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for CRHC's proposed affordable housing redevelopment project, located at 1132 & 1138 Johnson St., Victoria, British Columbia. The proposed redevelopment will provide 160 units of affordable rental housing on the site. The project is comprised of two(2) separate six(6) storey wood frame buildings totaling 12,480 m2 (gross floor area) which sit on top of a common underground concrete parking garage with a gross parkade area totaling 2279 m2 (24,518 sf). Award amount was not released for publication.
