Renovation of an educational facility in Fayetteville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All Labor, materials and service necessary for the construction of Sara Harp Minter Elementary School Renovations, Fayette County, Georgia according to plans and specifications. Bidding shall be limited to General Contractors licensed in the State of Georgia for the size and scope of the projects for a continuous period of not less than 5 years prior to the date of receipt of bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after time has been called on the date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required at the execution of the Owner-Contractor Agreement, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. All contractors submitting a bid shall visit the site for existing conditions reviews before the submittal of their bid. Bidders shall coordinate visits with the Owner prior to arrival at site.
