Three-Dimensional Signage Details of the project are as follows: Scope of Work 1. Sign 1: "DOWNTOWN" Stacked Sign o Dimensions: 6'9" tall x 9'2" long x 21" deep. (this design has been finalized) o Design: The word "DOWN" stacked on the word "TOWN" on a pedestal with "AMORY, MS" incorporated. o Material: All aluminum construction with a multi-powder coat finish on all sides, designed for durability and outdoor installation. o Requirements: The sign must be freestanding without additional support but should include an option for internal weight addition and/or mechanical fastening to the ground. 2. Sign 2: "Heart Lock" Design o Dimensions: 4' tall x 6' wide x 21" deep. (this design has not been finalized) o Design: A heart with horizontal and vertical bars to create a grid pattern for hanging locks. o Material: All aluminum construction with a multi-powder coat finish on all sides, designed for durability and outdoor installation. o Requirements: The sign must be freestanding without additional support but should include an option for internal weight addition and/or mechanical fastening to the ground. Additional Information o Finalized Designs and Design ideas will be provided upon request. o Installation must comply with all local codes and regulations. Submission Requirements 1. Itemized bid for each design, including materials, labor, and any additional costs. 2. Timeline for fabrication and installation. 3. Proof of contractor licensing and insurance. 4. All contracts awarded must comply with the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
