Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation (MBLL) is a Crown corporation of the Province of Manitoba, responsible for the distribution and sale of beverage alcohol, supply and distribution of cannabis to private retail vendors, and for providing gaming and entertainment experiences, all in a socially responsible manner. MBLL operates Liquor Marts and Liquor Mart Express stores, Club Regent Casino, McPhillips Station Casino, Video Lotto and PlayNow.com, and distributes and sells Western Canada Lottery products through our network of lottery ticket retailers. Revenues generated by MBLL are returned to the Province to support priority programming in health care, education, social and community services, economic development, and public safety initiatives. MBLL is governed by a Corporate Responsibility Strategy and is committed to supporting the principles of sustainable development as identified in The Climate and Green Plan Act (c134) and the accessibility standards as identified in The Accessibility for Manitobans Act (cA1.7). I. Commercial general liability insurance covering all operations of the Contractor, including products and completed operations, and including coverage for non-owned automobiles in the minimum amount of $5,000,000. Said policy shall name MBLL, its directors, officers, employees, and agents as additional insured. MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
