Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Maliotenam, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 36,200-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-story below grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Construction of a new health center building in Mani-Utenam, as well as for the exterior landscaping of the grounds (outdoor spaces, walkways and parking lots) inherent to the building. The building would have an estimated gross surface area of 2128.2 m2. TIMELINE: Design is underway. Initially, tender call for construction was scheduled from February to mid-March, 2026. Construction is expected to start in September, 2026, and complete in March, 2028. Further update in spring, 2026.
