Washington Township School District ("District") is seeking Proposals from qualified Energy Service Companies for the planning, development and implementation of an Energy Savings Plan through an Energy Savings Improvement Program pursuant to the Energy Savings Improvement Program Law, P.L. 2009, c.4, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.6 and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-42., COMPETITIVE CONTRACT- SELECT AN ENERGY SERVICES COMPANY TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT AN ENERGY SAVINGS IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM USING THE HYBRID MODEL All comments and questions concerning this Request for Proposal ("RFP") and the corresponding procedures and requirements must be addressed in writing, via email, facsimile or mail, to the following: DISTRICT PROJECT DIRECTOR: Janine Wechter School Business Administrator/ School Board Secretary c/o Purchasing Dept. Washington Township School District 206 East Holly Avenue Office #856-589-6644 Email: jwechter@wtps.org The Washington Township School District has participated in the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities' Local Government Energy Audit Program and has received its completed energy audit report. The District reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received at the time and in the manner designated by this RFP. Any and all Proposals may be rejected if deemed by the District to be in its best interests. Proposers are required to comply with the affirmative action requirements set forth in P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27).
