Renovation of an educational facility in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Grand Blanc Community School District will receive firm prime contractor bids for the labor materials, equipment, and all other services to complete the following High School West Auxiliary Gym Renovations located at 1 Jewett Trail, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company acceptable to the owner, or a cashiers check in the amount of at least 5% Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal.
