The City of Frankfort (the City) invites qualified offerors to submit proposals for the development, design, financing, construction, facilities management, and maintenance of a new +/-38,000 square-foot meeting and event center to be located in downtown Frankfort, Kentucky (as described more particularly herein and in Exhibit C, the Project). The Project is expected to redefine downtown Frankfort. This Request for Proposals (this RFP) provides interested offerors the Projects goals and objectives, submittal guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
