Site work and paving for a civil project in Atascocita, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of this work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of existing bolted ground storage tank along with all appurtenances, concrete ringwall, and soil; installation and erection of a new 420,000 gallons welded steel ground storage tank including concrete ringwall, select fill, piping, valves, coatings, cathodic protection, and necessary appurtenances; modification of suction/overflow/water well piping alignment for proposed ground storage tank; removal and replacement of existing concrete pavement; site work; and all electrical work required to ensure full operation of the water plant. Complete in place. The deadline to ask questions is 1/13/2025 10:00 AM CST A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
