Renovation of a municipal facility in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of equipment used for the production of cold (air conditioning) and the production of heat (heating) that had reached the end of their useful life (30 years), since they were installed in 1994. This mainly involves the following equipment: - Two Recold brand glycol water towers; - Two McQuay brand centrifugal coolers of 60 tons each; - Two Cleaver Brooks natural gas combustion boilers with a capacity of 2,510 MBH each; Related equipment required for the operation of the above-mentioned equipment will also be replaced as needed. TIMELINE: Contract for design services has been awarded. Tender and construction schedules will be determined at a later date. Further update in summer, 2025.
