The Project consists of a tenant improvement project focused on modernizing the dental clinic at Willow Adult Education Center. This project includes the complete renovation of the clinic's interiors to enhance functionality and aesthetics. The work entails removing, disposing and replacing existing vinyl flooring and rubber baseboard, repainting all walls, and updating cabinetry with new laminated cabinets and durable plastic solid countertops. Additionally, the project includes the upgrade of lighting fixtures, replacing outdated 2x4 fluorescent lights with energy efficient 2x4 LED fixtures. Plumbing improvements are also included, with the removal and replacement of existing sinks and associated plumbing components to meet current standards. Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be immediately brought to the attention of the DISTRICT by submission of a written request for an interpretation or correction to the DISTRICT.
