Netting and disinfection facilities remove floatables, trash, and debris and meet one of the nine minimum controls dictated by the U.S. EPA's CSO Control Policy. Minimum of two (2) projects within the last fifteen (15) years involving the study, design, construction administration and resident project representation services for the construction of new and/or rehabilitation of existing CSO Facilities, with a preference for netting and disinfection facilities. Similar experience in conduction flow monitoring and modeling studies is required. 2. Demonstrated experience designing and managing federally funded projects. It is noted that the project will likely have to abide by the Buy American, Build America (BABA) requirements. 3. An assigned Project Manager (PM) that possesses at least ten (10) years of experience in managing sewage collection system and facility design projects, with a preference for experience with NEPA environmental studies. NEPA environmental study shall include the use of cultural resources staff meeting the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards for Archaeology and Historian published in the Code of Federal Regulations, 36 CFR Part 61. 4. MDOT has a stated DBE participation goal of 7% for this contract. DBE Form 0182 must be completed and submitted as a component of this solicitation. This document is included in Attachment No. 7.
