Renovation of an educational facility in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This Project is advertising for Professional selections for design and/or engineering services. PROJECT LOCATION: 1837 University Circle, Cheyney, PA 19319 The scope of work includes but is not limited to a comprehensive assessment of existing conditions, design, and construction to upgrade and modernization the facility's infrastructure and physical spaces. The project scope priorities include ADA and life safety improvements, upgrades to all MEP, security and IT systems, water damage remediation, a more efficient kitchen servery design, and design enhancements to existing rooms to make the building a vibrant, multifunctional hub for student and faculty engagement. The Goals for SDB participation: 14% The Goals for VBE participation: 3% As of October 10, 2025, an issuance of short-listed firms has not been released. A design firm selection timeline has not been disclosed.
