Project questions/clarifications are due to the Goldsmith Metropolitan District, Attn: Andrew Adamowski, by 1:00 p.m. local time on January 3, 2025. The work to be performed generally includes GMD - South Well Rehabilitation Project The rehabilitation of South Well and replacing the existing pump, motor, and other downhole equipment (cables, drawdown tubes, shroud, etc.) as required. Bids are invited for the following: The rehabilitation of South Well and replacing the existing pump, motor, and other downhole equipment (cables, drawdown tubes, shroud, etc.) as required. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by the other documents as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any bid, to disregard all non-conforming, nonresponsive, conditional or alternate bids, to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, to require statements or evidence of bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of Owner in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the bidding period if it appears in its interest to do so.
