Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fairbanks, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is seeking professional design services to provide bid ready construction documents for replacement of concrete sidewalks in the courtyards and around the perimeter of the Fairbanks Pioneer Home. Additional design services to include upgrades to sections of roof gutters and the possible installation of drywells or similar drainage systems. The Fairbanks Pioneer Home is located at 2221 Eagan Avenue, Fairbanks, Alaska. Design services may include but not be limited to: 1. Project Plans to 65%, 95% and CD's 2. Construction Cost Estimate. - 50,000 - 100,000 3. Bidding and Construction Administration will be negotiated after NTP. The Period of performance for items 1 & 2 will be 90 days after NTP has been issued.
