Hillsborough County Capital Projects Department is Seeking Proposals From Experienced and Qualified Professionals to Provide Architectural/engineering (a/e) Professional Services for Fishhawk Library Estimated at $830,000. The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time. This is a Request for Professional Architectural/engineering (a/e) Services for the Following Library Project: The Project Consists of a Proposed New Public Library on an Approximate Five (5) Acre County Owned Property Adjacent to Fishhawk Sports Complex, 16000 Fishhawk Boulevard, Lithia, Fl 33547. The Property Has Been Dedicated by the Board of County Commissioners for The Library and is Located on the North Side of Fishhawk Boulevard, Approximately 1 Mile Southwest of Lithia Pinecrest Road and .12 of a Mile East of Fishhawk Ridge Drive in Southeastern Hillsborough County, Within Folios 088079-0020 and 088079-0030. The New Library is Anticipated to Be an Approximate 16,000 Sq. Ft. Sq. Ft. One Story Building, Expandable to 25,000 Sq. Ft. With Ample Parking. The Project is to Include Pedestrian and Vehicular Access to the Adjacent Fishhawk Sports Complex. Construction Award complete: February 2027 Construction Started: April 2027 Final Completion: September 2028
