New secure vestibule to be created including rearrangement of adjacent office spaces, inclusion of new storefront, rearrangement of doors, and inclusion of infrastructure for security equipment. 2. Replace exterior waterproofing/sealant joints, including at door and wall penetrations to eliminate leaks and condensation drainage damage. 3. Replace vinyl composite tile (VCT) flooring and base at 1st and 2nd floor corridors per District Standards. 3rd floor is new and is to remain as-is. 4. Paint all previously painted interior surfaces. Repair/patch walls prior to painting (except at areas of renovation). Scope to include all areas of school. 5. Replace outdated exterior windows with new energy-efficient window assemblies.
