Inlet Valve Replacement Project The project consists of the following: The City of Winter Springs is seeking to obtain the Services of a qualified vendor or vendors to install a new Inlet Valve in the West Wastewater Treatment Plant consistent with the Scope of Work information included in the RFP package. The City of Winter Springs reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, with or without cause, to waive technicalities and minor irregularities, or to accept proposals that best serve the interest of the City.
