Renovation of a parking garage in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Project consists of the renovation of the existing parking garage surface coating. The new surface coating shall be a Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA) coating. Contractor to follow all manufacturer's recommendations. The work shall also include cleaning and unclogging of existing roof drains and new striping. Webb County is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the renovations to approximately 75,000 square feet of parking garage traffic coating at the Webb County Sheriffs Office building located at 1002 Farragut Street, Laredo, Texas. The estimated construction budget range is $1,200,00.00 to $1,500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bidders must submit with their bid proposal a bid security for five (5%) percent of total bid amount and must be executed with a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas. Webb County Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Csp, to Waive Informalities in the Csp Process, or to Terminate the Csp Process at Any Time, if Deemed in the Best Interest For Webb County.
