The location of this project is Legacy Trail located west of San Jacinto Place and south of Hedgcoxe Road, adjacent to 7715 San Jacinto Place in the City of Plano, Texas. A location map is included in the plans. This project is estimated at $144,000.00. CONTRACT TIME This project has 60 working days allowed for TOTAL completion, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The amount for liquidated damages is anticipated to be $500.00 for each day work remains incomplete after the time specified.
