Reference Number 0000283712 Question Acceptance Deadline 10-Jan-2025 01:30:00 PM EST The Ministry intends to establish an agreement with a Materials Quality Assurance (QA) Testing Service Provider to furnish professional and technical services for the assignment described in the RFP Documents. Each Service Provider assignment will be assigned several construction and maintenance projects in Northwest Region to provide testing services of the following construction materials: Concrete Bituminous Earth and Granular Aggregate Field Services/Testing Miscellaneous Materials Testing under this assignment is being conducted to assess the quality of materials and workmanship incorporated into critical elements of a vast highway infrastructure, including pavements, foundations, bridges and other structures. QA test results will be relied upon by the Ministry to determine acceptability and payment of materials, according to Ministry contract requirements. It is critical that the services provided are accurate and timely, according to the requirements of the agreement. The Service Provider shall actively monitor the quality and timeliness of the services and take proactive action to confirm compliance with the requirements of the agreement.
