Scope of Services The City of Carlsbad is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Citywide Electrical Maintenance Services per the attached specifications. Proposals must be submitted as described in this Request for Proposal document. Please review the entire package before submitting. Incomplete submissions may be rejected as non-responsive. Question Deadline 12/20/2024 at 5:00 PM PT The city requires the selected contractor to sign two contracts, one for Parks & Recreation Maintenance services and one for Facilities Maintenance services. Each agreement is anticipated to be for a two (2) year term with up to two (2) additional two-year optional extensions. A sample contract is attached as Exhibit "C" and the anticipated scope of services for each of the contracts in attached as Exhibit "A". Bidders must consider the terms and conditions in the sample contract to be part of the proposal. Please read the insurance requirements and general provisions carefully. Any changes to the contract language must be negotiated and agreed upon prior to the bid award. Please do not execute the contract at this time. See bid documents for additional information.
