Natural Gas Supply to Cobb County Facilties Question Deadline 12/31/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted through the County's online Contract awarded as a result of proposals submitted under this RFP shall extend from the effective date for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods at the discretion of the County and upon written agreement by the Vendor. However, the total duration of the contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed five (5) years (basic one (1) year term and four (4) one (1) year options). The option to renew can be cancelled by either party by giving 60 days written notice. Cobb County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, to reject portions of the bid, to waive technicalities and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the county and the laws governing the State of Georgia.
