The City of South Heart ("City") is a municipality located in Stark County, North Dakota. The City is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for general municipal engineering services. Scope of Services The City is seeking an engineering firm to serve as the City's engineer and assist, advise, and act on behalf of the City. Specifically, the City seeks an engineering firm that can provide the following services: General Municipal, Surveying, GIS Mapping, Right of Way Services, Zoning, Ordinance Review, and Comprehensive Planning; Municipal Water and Wastewater Systems Water Resources - Hydrology and Hydraulics. Transportation. Environmental and Permitting, Construction Engineering Development, design, bidding, contract administration, and construction engineering for locally funded infrastructure projects, including but not limited to watermains, sewer mains, stormwater systems and conveyance, streets, sidewalks, and trails Development, design, bidding, contract administration, and construction engineering for State and Federally funded infrastructure projects General engineering services required to support operations and maintain compliance to all city engineering projects. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals. The City will review all proposals and select the proposal most advantageous to the City.
