The work consists of the following: Provide a new +/-2650 s.f. single story metal framed structure, known as New Impound Section Office Building. The project will contain office space, conference room, a counter and waiting area for public transactions. The project shall be inclusive of all new construction not limited to: Sitework, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical Systems as shown on drawings and specified herein. Work does not include moveable furniture, desks, workstations, cameras and kitchen appliances. This will be purchased via separate contract.
