Wastewater Treatment Plant (COT WWTP), which currently operates and maintains approximately 2MGD from the surrounding collection system. Prior to discharge back into the environment, the effluent water is sampled with an auto sampler within the WWTP. OCWRC is seeking bids for an automatic, refrigerated sampler per the included specification requirements. This solicitation includes the provision, delivery, and warranty of the specified product.
