The College of Lake County (CLC) is seeking request for proposals for construction manager from qualified firms to provide comprehensive construction management services for the Outdoor Sports Complex and University Center Drive/Lancer Lane Round about Project at the corner of Lancer Lane and University Center Drive on the Grayslake Campus, 19351 W. Washing ton St. Grayslake, IL 60030as described herein. Qualifications may not be with drawn for a period of(90) ninety days after the closing date with out the consent of the College. The development and improvement of outdoor sports fields at the Grayslake campus, including relocation of existing baseball field and renovation of softball field with grass fields, bleachers, scoreboards, shared batting cages, dugouts, fencing and netting. Turf fields are still being considered if budget will allow. University Center Drive/Lancer Lane Roundabout To improve traffic flow and safety to handle anticipated increased traffic volume due to new Sports Complex a two lane roundabout (sized for full length school bus & short haul (or city) semi traffic) that also includes the full roadway redesign to the extent required for the inclusion of the roundabout, center island design/development, bicycle and pedestrian circulation pathways, modifications to surrounding existing items such as the University Center Drive, University Center parking lot entry, Parking Lot 8, natural landscape area east of Lancer Lane, relocation of any site monument signage and storm drainage system along west side of Lancer Lane.
