Project Identification: 2025 LMC RENOVATION 1. Project Location: Rochelle Township High School, 1401 Flagg Road, Rochelle, Illinois 61068. 2. Architect's Project Number: 0713-2023094 Project Description: 1. Project consists of interior improvements including: demolition, light gauge metal framing, gypsum board, hollow metals frames, wood doors, interior glazing, moveable glass partitions, acoustical ceiling grid, acoustical ceiling panels, acoustical wall paint, flooring, electrical, lighting, HVAC and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond, AIA Document A310-2010 in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid and all Additive Alternates. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice of Award and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum, on AIA Document A312-2010, as issued by the American Institute of Architects. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
