The Project includes the following Work: Update of City Hall Elevator (20 Maple Street N), to include closing off old elevator utility room and basement level rear elevator door, framing and drywall of those door openings for a fire code compliant new elevator utility room, installation of power unit, controller, electrical, and various pit, car, door, hall, and equipment updates in order to make the city hall elevator functional and serviceable. The Project has an expected completion date of May 1st , 2025.
