Physical Plant/Warehouse Building RTU replacement, located at Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins, WY. Project Description: This project will consist of replacing three RTU's on the Physical Plant/Warehouse Building. These three units need to be a direct replacement. Direct replacement means correctly fits the current curb, size and capacity of unit. All personnel are required to complete a background check prior to being allowed into the facility. Sharbutt at email: walynn.sharbutt@wyo.gov at least by December 29, 2024 This project will consist of replacing three RTU's on the Physical Plant/Warehouse Building. These three units need to be a direct replacement. Direct replacement means correctly fits the current curb, size and capacity of unit. Weights of unit and voltage and amperage usage are the same. A direct replacement of the current unit means no major modifications needed. Other brands will be considered as long as it is a direct replacement with no major modifications. Replacement of the isolation valve and connections will be a part of this project. Units to be replaced are: MAU-A (Motor Pool) unit and MAU-D1 and MAU-D2 (Warehouse) units. Two alternates have been listed below in the event that new units do not accommodate the current curb due to industry changes and if curb below the unit is deteriorated and needs repaired. All tools and equipment and supplies needed for this project will be supplied by the contractor. Dynamic Controls Inc. is our Building Management System specialist and will need to be consulted on connecting the new controllers to their system. The contractor will also dispose of old equipment and any materials replaced. Any subcontractors used will be a part of the total bid package as this is a turnkey proj ect. It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify the accuracy of the specifications of each unit being replaced.
