Solicitation Requirements: (Vendor is cautioned that this is a summary only and the full solicitation must be reviewed). County/State License Requirements Bid Bond Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements: Not applicable to this solicitation. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the solicitation requirements. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Bonfire BPRO by the Questions due date. The County will respond to questions in Bonfire BPRO (Messages section). Submittals: Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically through Bonfire BPRO and receive a Submission Receipt. It is solely the Vendor's responsibility to ensure its response is submitted and received through Bonfire BPRO by the closing date and time. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit in advance of the closing date and time. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact Bonfire for submittal instructions. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting a document, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Bonfire BPRO for technical assistance. You must have submitted the security requirements to attend the mandatory site visit. Copies of valid government issued identification must be emailed as soon as possible to LFORREST@broward.org, but no later than 5 pm EST on December 12, 2024. This requirement also applies to vendors that currently possess security badges. The mandatory pre-bid conference will start promptly at 9:00 am EST. The mandatory site visit will begin immediately following the pre-proposal conference. Mandatory attendance is required at the site visit and pre-bid conference. Please make arrangements to be represented or your bid will be rejected. This information session presents an opportunity for the vendors to clarify any concerns regarding bid requirements. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will deem the Vendor non-responsive. Mandatory Site Visit Security Requirements Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) requires all participants to submit copies of valid government issued identification for Visitor security badging. Copies of valid government issued identification must be emailed as soon as possible to LFORREST@broward.org, but no later than 5 pm EST on December 12, 2024. Participants must email one of the following forms of valid government issued identifications: 1. Passport; 2. State Driver license; or, 3. State Issued Identification. If these documents are not provided to BCAD by the above-mentioned date and time, you will not be able to attend the mandatory site visit. You must also bring a government issued photo ID with you on the day of the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit. NOTICE: Due to security issues and group management for the site visit, Visitor Badge will be limited to only ONE representative per vendor. Once the site visit at FLL begins, no one will until site visit is complete.
