Invitation for Bid: Lost Dutchman State Park Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Upgrades Pursuant to A.R.S. 41-2533, the Arizona Department of Administration, General Services Division (the State), is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified contractors for Lost Dutchman State Park Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Upgrades. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of: Potable water and wastewater improvements. 6" piping, isolation valves and valve risers, and a new backflow preventer at the entry to the park. Wastewater treatment system will be upgraded with various improvements, including repurposing the existing sludge holding tank and associated equipment. Rehabilitation to the FEC and replacement of the disinfection system. Expansion of the park's RV dump station to add two new lanes and allow queueing from both directions. Installation of two new manufactured (CXT) restrooms complete with accessible sidewalks, utility connections, and heaters. Restrooms provided by owner. This project will include add alternates.
