This specification describes the requirements to provide one (1) Stand-By Generator Diesel 500KW, two (2) Stand-By Generators 60KW Natural Gas or Propane and one (1) Mobile StandBy Generator Diesel 600KW for delivery to various locations in the City of Conroe as specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The project consists of the purchase of stand-by generators and one mobile generator to be delivered to the following locations in the City of Conroe: 1. 500 KW Diesel Stand-By Generator at Water Well #12: located at 1913 Northampton Drive, Conroe Texas Latitude: 30.3465, Longitude: -95.438. UL 2200/UL Certified 120/240V, Single Phase Controller Standard Limited Warranty Corrosion-proof sound enclosure Runs on Diesel Delivery to generator site location, offload and placement Startup, onsite testing, owner training, warranty initiation and installation at designated location Battery and Battery Installation The City of Conroe reserves the right to reject any and all offers, award parts of bids, award to multiple vendors and to waive informalities in submission of bids. The City of Conroe also reserves the right to award this proposal to the lowest most qualified responsible bidder meeting all the specifications or to the bidder who provides goods or services at the best value for the City.
