Any firm selected based on this RFP process must be capable of providing full real estate consulting with respect to the Services in accordance with the District's form of the Independent Contractor Agreement for Services attached hereto. These Services will be provided by the Consultant to complete an inventory of existing school facilities and property owned by the District and their current use and develop a plan with recommendations for their potential future use.
