The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitate five existing ground storage tanks located near Woodward, OK A Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of 5 percent of the gross Bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each Bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders and to successful Bidders upon approval of the Contract and submission of a 100 percent Performance Bond, a 100 percent Statutory Bond, and a 100 percent Maintenance Bond. Each Bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City of Woodward/Woodward Municipal Authority, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The City of Woodward/Woodward Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner.
