*As of February 13, 2025, No Award, Anticipated award around March 1, 2025* The National Road Wells (Contract B) project includes six (6) production wells. Contract B also includes site work, meter vaults, site electric and three (3) backup generators. Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price or certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid amount to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a contract, if awarded the project. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided within these Bid Documents. The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid.
