A&E Services CFSB Center Renovations Murray State University (the University, MSU) is a regional comprehensive public institution of higher learning located in Murray, Kentucky, that serves a residential campus of approximately 3,000 students and a student body of approximately 10,000. The University operating budget is approximately $169.2 million. The academic structure of the University consists of four colleges and two schools, which include: Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business; Jesse D. Jones College of Science, Engineering & Technology; College of Education and Human Services; College of Humanities and Fine Arts; Hutson School of Agriculture, and the School of Nursing and Health Professions. Administratively, areas of the University report to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Vice President for Student Affairs, or the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services. These Vice Presidents report to the University President who is responsible to the Board of Regents. In addition to the Main Campus in Murray, KY, Murray State University has regional campus locations in Paducah, Hopkinsville, and Madisonville, as well as an educational presence at Henderson and Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
