The Cmaa Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Andto Waive Any Informalities, Technicalities or Omissions Therein. The Cmaa Also Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bids From Bidders Who Have Claims or Litigation Pending Against the Cmaa and to Reject the Bid When a Parent, Subsidiary, Affiliate, or Predecessor in Interest of the Bidder Hasclaims or Litigation Pending Against the Cmaa When the Cmaa Determines Such Claims or Litigation May Adversely Affect Theability of the Cmaa to Work Efficiently Andeffectively With the Contractor, or Adverselyaffect the Ability of the Contractor to Perform Under the Contract.
