The event is scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m. in the University Building Assembly Room, 92 W. Vaughn Ave. Town staff and project teams will be available to discuss capital improvement projects planned for downtown Gilbert, along with upcoming private development. The open house will also provide information on construction timelines and display project renderings related to work underway and planned within the district. ---------------------------------------------------- Design and construction to improve the exterior areas of the building to provide better access, lighting, signage and required American with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades.
