Site work for a water / sewer project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 3,603 LF of 8-inch through 12-inch water line appurtenances and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 2,410 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system 3. Approx. 6,407 LF of 24-inch through 8' x 7' storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 1,615 LF of 16-inch through 20-inch Non-Potable water line and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 23,563 SY of 8-inch Subgrade Preparation; 6. Approx. 23,026 SY of 10-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement; A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide the following bonds: a performance bond for the full amount of the contract; a payment bond for the full amount of the contract; and a maintenance bond for half the amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 01/06/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted online at https://bids.lja.com. All parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents will be notified of the addendum. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
