Renovation of a financial development in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a financial development.
Install a minimum R30 insulation and new membrane over existing 6,000 SF bituminous roof on a commercial building located at 600 Philadelphia St., Indiana, PA 15701. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the County of Indiana, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety (appearing on the Treasury Department's most current Circular 570 list and authorized to transact business in the State of Pennsylvania), in an amount equal to 10 percent (10%) of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each bid to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a contract if given the award. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or any applicable municipal ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price and executed by an acceptable surety company. Project Financial Assistance provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Honor- able Josh Shapiro, Governor. The Indiana County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
