Renovation of a retail development in Midvale, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY (UTA) is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide UTA with OEM Cummins parts and service support for Genuine Cummins New or Reconditioned Bus Engines. UTA reserves the right to award this RFP to multiple Proposers. The contractor(s) selected will be required to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws, regulations and certifications, and equal employment opportunity laws and regulations. UTA, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and will not discriminate against any interested firm or person on the basis of race, color, sex, age or national origin in the review of qualifications or contract award. Questions Due Date: Jan 28th 2025, 2:00 PM MST Online Portal Shop and Field surface preparation and the application of high-performance epoxy floor coating systems This project requires surface preparation, recoating, and restriping of the facility shop floor, stairs, and service pits (approximately 68,000 square feet). The Contractor will be responsible for confirming the actual square footage and must meet all requirements and instructions of this RFP.
