General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Liquidated Damages: $1000/day late for Substantial Completion, $500/day late for Final Completion Days to Substantial Completion: 90 Days to Final Completion: 30 Total Construction Time: 120 Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of at least 90 days from date of opening. ECUA further reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as may be required to meet the needs of ECUA, at the unit price which was bid.
